The CSSW Board of Directors has set the annual tuition for the 2025-2026 school year at $950
per student.
In addition to the $25 per new student fee (if applicable) and the $25 Parents Association fee per
student, there is a $25 / student materials fee. Please note that for all students in 8th Grade and
above, the materials fee is $75 / student which reflects the costs of the textbook series we use in
the Upper School.
Please also designate the student’s Culture Class selection. Changing culture courses after the
first two weeks of the school year will require the permission of the teachers involved. Any
culture class in which there are less than five students may be cancelled. Students in Pre-K and
Kindergarten classes join a combined 3rd period class.
In order to encourage all families to register their children as soon as possible, CSSW will
offer a discounted tuition amount of $800 (plus all applicable fees) for students whose
completed Registration Form plus full remittance of tuition and fees are received by our
office ON OR BEFORE March 15, 2025.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL RETURNING FAMILIES TO TAKE
ADVANTAGE OF EARLY REGISTRATION. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THERE IS
A $100 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT CANCELLATIONS.
In addition to reserving your place in the regular language class, another advantage of early
registration is that we will give priority for indicated preferences for culture classes on a firstcome first-serve basis according to date of receipt of completed registrations. We will give
careful consideration to language class assignments based on the best interests of the individual
student and the class as a whole but we cannot guarantee a place in any specific class.

Completed Registration Forms with full remittance can be delivered BY HAND to the
School Office or mailed to CSSW, PO Box 278, Hartsdale, NY 10530.
