Dear CSSW Families & Friends:
This coming Saturday 9/11/21 will the Opening Day for the CSSW 2021-2022 school year. The School Office will be open at 8:00 AM to handle all registration issues, including walk-in registrations.
If you are already registered, please plan to come to school between 8:30-9:00 AM. Consistent with past practice, your child’s class placement and assigned classroom will be posted in the Hallway outside of the School Office. Please go directly to your 9:00 Language Class. For 5th Graders and above, go directly to your 3rd Period Culture Class. We allow for auditing of Culture Classes during the first two weeks of school.
Textbooks will be distributed to registered students only. Please come to the School Office if you have any textbook issues or questions.
As announced in our prior notice, ALL students, parents and Staff are asked to wear masks while inside, and all age-eligible members are recommended to get vaccinated. We will continue to monitor all CDC and other relevant safety protocols, and will make adjustments as circumstances evolve. Thank you for your cooperation.
For your forward planning, there will be a Parents Orientation meeting on Saturday 10 AM 9/18/21 in the Parents Lounge. While this is always a useful meeting for new families, returning families are also encouraged to attend since it has been 18 months since we all convened in person.
After a long hiatus, we look forward to seeing everyone again, and getting off to a good start for the new school year.
